Meet Praveena Solipuram, MD

Praveena R. Solipuram, M.D., has practiced at Rocky Mountain Cancer Centers since August 2005. Originally from India, Dr. Solipuram practices at RMCC's Thornton location.

After graduating from medical school at Osmania Medical College in India, Dr. Solipuram came to the United States and completed an internship in internal medicine at the Michael Reese Hospital in Chicago. Dr. Solipuram did a residency in internal medicine at the Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. Dr. Solipuram then completed a fellowship in hematology and medical oncology at the University of Colorado Health Sciences in Denver.

Dr. Solipuram is a member of several professional organizations including the American College of Physicians, the American Society of Internal Medicine, the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the American Society of Hematology.

Before joining RMCC, Dr. Solipuram worked at Hospice of St. John in Lakewood, Colorado.
