A Mind-Body Wellness Series for Patients and Caregivers
What is mindfulness:
Mindfulness is an age-old practice that simply means paying attention to the present moment. Practicing mindfulness has been shown to have numerous benefits for the mind and body, including:
- Stress reduction
- Improved memory, focus, and cognitive function
- Reduced depression
- Increased sense of well-being
Come join us for a monthly session where we will practice mindfulness in a supportive small group setting.
At each session, you will receive guided instruction on a mindfulness practice. You will have the opportunity to practice mindfulness tools along with the group. And you will receive tips to help you cultivate mindfulness in your everyday life.
