Provider Biography
Dr. Murphy is a board-certified medical oncologist and hematologist. Since 2005, he has been building and supporting the community cancer care in Colorado Springs. Dr. Murphy has a strong passion for treating patients with lung cancer. He takes part in the thoracic tumor board with pathologists, radiologists, surgeons, radiation oncologists, and other subspecialties. In presenting and consulting on cancer cases with other highly trained physicians, he makes a personalized and comprehensive cancer treatment plan for his patients. Dr. Murphy regularly attends national conferences to stay up to date on the latest treatment options and best practices. He also offers clinical trials and research to his patients.
