Care Philosophy

I believe that all team members are part of the patient care team and that care should be customized to reflect the patient and family’s values and needs. I strongly believe that family and friends are part of the care team and that knowledge through education and collaboration is an important tool in a patient-centered care model. I am committed to continued personal education, excellent communication skills with co-workers and patients, and an evidence-based approach to medicine. My mission is to empower patients' healing by promoting knowledge, survivorship, and disease prevention.
